Learn more about Carolina Adán Caro
An artist’s skill can be captured in the techniques they use to express themselves and in their ability to transmit feelings to the spectator, seeking to evoke emotions in those that enjoy the result of a complex creative process. Art is all about forging deep connections.
From Pinto to Mallorca
After graduating in Fine Arts from Madrid’s Complutense University, she furthered her artistic vocation in the studios of master artist Antonio López, before receiving a scholarship from the Barcelona School of Fine Arts.
Since then, she has consistently channelled her activity into expressionism, making it accessible to all kinds of public and bringing it into the spectator’s everyday life.
Her trajectory
A milestone achievement was the opening in 2018 of her own studio in Palma de Mallorca’s historic centre.
Her passion for Art is reflected in the fact that her work opens up a wealth of possibilities, including murals, illustrations, portraits and canvas painting, as well as painting and art forms on clothing and inanimate or inert objects, etc.
All this can be perfectly summed up as art (murals, for instance) conceived for sharing and enjoying as part of a community, creating a symbiosis between the spectator and the art world in order to envisage the artist’s creative process within a time lapse.
Her work
The works may be small or large, but are always overflowing with colour and characterised by quick, lively strokes.
Life and art progress rapidly, with no need for major prior outlines.
The artist expresses this activity and the need to get it out on the street by participating in events for parties, dinners and fairs, as well as for anniversaries or celebrations featuring live painting sessions.
She is also open to the possibility of taking her art into the private sphere, including private homes and companies.
